Samsung T7 Portable SSD (2TB)

I bought this specifically for video editing. With the amount of 4K footage I shoot, I needed a drive with a ton of storage that was also fast enough that I could actually edit directly off of it without constantly moving huge video files back and forth.
 
The Samsung T7 has transfer speeds up to 1,050 MB/s, which is the main reason I chose an SSD like this over a traditional external hard drive. I use it to store and work with my video footage, and the option of up to 4TB capacity gives me enough room for larger projects without immediately running out of space.
 
It’s also tiny compared to the amount of storage it gives you, so it’s really easy to throw in my camera bag or bring between the shop and home.
 
If you edit a lot of video—especially large 4K files—fast external storage makes a HUGE difference in your workflow. This is the drive I bought specifically for that job.
